This wonderful A-frame provides a beautiful view of the surrounding forested area. The large porch area is wonderful for enjoying a meal outdoors. We appreciated the three bathrooms next to each of the bedrooms. Although there is no air conditioner, the lower floor with a second living area and tv remains cool even in high 80’s and 90 degree temperatures. We enjoyed making s’mores with our grandchildren at the outdoor sitting area with a fire pit. The house is close to several great restaurants, especially Bubba’s in Newberry. It is at the edge of Lake Sunapee that had a fun beach area. We especially appreciated the ease of ability to contact the host with any questions we had. You will not regret your time spent at this wonderful home.

Great house!

What a great house! We stayed here when our son graduated from NEC and traveled from NJ with family. Tons of parking, beautiful house with everything you could think of down to phone chargers! Beds were comfortable, deck and fire pits were a plus! The hosts were great beautiful area close to everything. We will be back!!!!

The home was in the perfect location for us, and was truly a great place to gather around the fire and enjoy each others company. Robin was incredibly helpful, and polite. Even in the face of an accident by us that caused an additional cleaning fee, Robin was still respectful and easy to communicate with. Thanks for the great stay, I’d recommend it to anyone.
