The place was clean, and was perfect for my stay. I would stay there again

GOTL Girls Trip Very nice clean cottage a little musty but it is a cottage by the lake so that was expected. I do think a dehumidifier or air purifier would help . The owner Megan was great to deal with. Small view of lake from patio.Four minute walk to little beach area. We would definitely stay again.

Cute cottage with easy lake access. Close to the GOTL strip for shopping, dining and entertainment.

I’d just like to start this off by saying this bungalow is very cute and cozy. The beds were comfortable and the beach access was a great plus. I did however come across a very disturbing glue trap underneath the sink and there was a dead mouse on it that had definitely been there for a while as it had maggots coming out of it. I texted the host about it and never heard a response. As an animal lover I’m extremely upset about it. Another thing that kind of made me upset was all the debris and trash (even a spoon!) underneath the couch cushions. If i’m paying extra for a cleaning fee I expect the place to be clean. They provided us with plenty of blankets and towels. We had just enough toilet paper and trash bags for our stay but if you’re here more than two nights i recommend bringing more TP and trash bags! The place does smell musty when you first enter but being on the lake that’s understandable.I wish I had no complaints because the place is amazing overall. I just wish the place was looked over better before we arrived.
