Very nice property and just was very kind and attentive.

We planned a month-long trip to Georgia (our old stomping ground) over the 2025 Christmas/New Year holiday - visiting our granddaughter, adult children/spouses, friends, & family. We wanted a home that would give everyone enough space to spend quality time together without feeling crowded; The Waleska Lake House turned out to be the perfect choice for our family. Michelle was quick to respond to all my questions about the property, both before we booked & during our stay - she was friendly, responsive, & very helpful. The entry-level has three bedrooms & a comfortable living area where our adult children could relax. The lower level, which opens to the backyard, includes the primary bedroom, kitchen, dining area, & the main living space. The house was spotless, well-stocked - designed for long-term stays. The floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the lake were stunning - enjoyed the view every day. The photos matched the home’s appearance exactly. It’s in excellent condition. We loved the fire pit & walking trails. The gated community is a little remote, but not to far from Publix, Target, Costco, HomeGoods, & casual restaurants. My sweet sister brought an unused Christmas tree & holiday decorations, which made the season feel like Christmas. Our stay was truly wonderful, creating memories that will last a lifetime. Enjoyed a great week in the lake house while staying in the area for a youth baseball tournament. In our downtime, we enjoyed using paddle boards and hanging out enjoying the beautiful lake views. Very clean and well equipped property, we had a few questions and the property manager was very helpful and responsive. Would definitely consider this house again if we ever come back to the area.

I had walked through this unit when it was a model home for sale about a year ago. The current condition of the house was in my opinion lived in. It was not cleaned up to the standard of a 5000 a week VRBO. After taking some pictures of evidence to the owner, she sent out a different cleaning company who only cleaned the areas I took a picture of. While the cleaning company was there, I moved the cushions on the couch and found used Band-Aids and crumbs the cleaning company would not clean because I did not take a picture to show the owner and because the owner paid for a light dusting. It was evident that the house had not been thoroughly cleaned for a while. Hand prints on all TVs fireplaces walls baseboards were dirty, hair balls, and corners in the bathroom crumbs in every basket, light fixtures in the kitchen, full of grease cobwebs outside the entire building. Thankfully the lake is beautiful.
