It was very quite and clean

Clean condo, chair service was great! Property has everything you need, but I did bring my own hair dryer. There was scaffolding in front of our balcony but it didn't impact beach views, however the new Tootsies sticks out just far enough on the beach end that it blocks the sunset views. Overall this is a great condo at the Summit and I love the ease of the second floor access. Would 100% stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay! The room was just as expected and very clean!

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo itself was great. However, if you plan to enjoy time on the balcony, be prepared for constant noise: hammering, sawing, and construction equipment beeping throughout the day. It made it impossible to relax. While I understand this isn’t the management company’s fault directly, it’s the kind of situation that should absolutely be disclosed in advance, especially when guests are paying premium rates. When I raised the concern via email, the response from the management company was dismissive and unhelpful.
