Party of 6 (3 couples), so it worked out great that there were 3 bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. That was the biggest deciding factor, but past ratings and location definitely helped. Can't walk to the beach, but the 5 minute drive is worth the difference in price. Process was so easy for this first time VRBO renter, and place was so much better than a hotel. Property was clean, check-in was a breeze, as well as check-out. Communication was awesome, no issues at all with the place, would highly recommend!

Great stay at a conveniently located Wilmington home. Loved having a bathroom with each bedroom. Quiet location. Easy & quick communication with host. Hope to be back.

We had a lovely stay at this sweet townhouse! The space was just right—comfortably decorated with thoughtful touches throughout, like coffee, tea, and cookies that made us feel right at home. Everything was very clean, and the beds were super comfortable. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was a huge plus, offering both convenience and privacy. The townhouse is located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, perfect for relaxing after a day out. We would absolutely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay in the home and kept commenting on how perfect the house was for our needs. We each had our own bedroom + bathroom with a good amount of space. Would recommend!
