Clean, great location, spacious

The photos and descriptions are exactly what you will find in this condo.Location is perfect for everything in Kihei and Wailea, with easy drives to everywhere else. Kitchen is well equipped, plenty of towels and beach chairs. Pool area and grounds are well maintained and parking for 2 cars is great.We will recommend and hopefully be back soon.

A wonderful family-oriented complex - we always use the open space and the outdoor BBQ areas every evening. Location is perfect for beach access - quiet, but a short walk to cafes etc. Units and the grounds are very clean, beautifully maintained. Walk across the street to watch the sun sink into the sea.

The unit appearance was generally as expected though things such as stains on the curtains made the unit feel a bit dingy. It was clean and well stocked though. Our biggest complaint was the quality of the beds - which were terrible. The twin beds had springs poking out. When I raised the concern to the property manager they suggested I go buy mattress toppers from Costco and return before we leave. I was not impressed with that. The air conditioning units were also quite noisy, and they exhaust onto the deck so you want them off if you plan to sit outside.
