While the location right on the beach and view were great, the house was not well cared for, pictures very deceiving of inside. Multiple window latches broken and all windows unable to close completely or be open at all. No workable plugs in bathroom and not up to code. Sheets old and ripped on beds. While recognize this is a beach house, no one has cleaned sand off deck in a long while, we had to dig out 3 feet to get to beach, no one has cleaned windows in a long while either , they advertise a barbecue grill, but was merely a rusted charcoal grill like they put at local parks. Very unhappy with condition based on price
