The Space:
*Early check in / late check out is an additional $30, subject to availability*
One (1) queen bedroom and one (1) full bathroom. Fully equipped kitchen, washer dryer, dishwasher, and refrigerator/freezer. Apartment is located on the second floor of the building - guests must be able to safely scale 2 flights of stairs. Personal hygiene items (i.e. shampoo, conditioner, body soap) are not provided.
Guest Access:
The apartment has a wifi enabled keypad. Custom codes for use during your stay will be generated and provided the morning of arrival

HOUSE RULES
1. Primary renter must be 21+ years of age
2. This is an entirely smoke-free complex. No smoking of any kind is allowed inside the apartment, building common areas, or private patios.
3. No parties or large gatherings.
4. Unregistered pets are not permitted. Emotional support animals must be approved prior to booking as they may not always be accommodated. Additional fees apply.
5. Guest will maintain the Property in a good and clean condition. Any damage to the property will be at the expense of the Guest to repair/replace the damaged item(s) to include stained or damaged bedding/linens.
OCCUPANCY LIMIT: Property occupancy limits are determined by the fire code and fire safety restrictions, as well as any local statutes or ordinances. All Guests are required to comply with the maximum occupancy limits applicable to the Property reserved.
