The apartment features amenities like a private garden, convenient parking, AC/heat, iron, washing machine, WiFi, 2 smart TVs, and accommodates 4 people. The bathroom includes a toilet/bidet, hair dryer, and walk-in shower for added convenience.
Location is within a 3-minute walk to the Food Court where you will find coffee shops, fast food and sit-down restaurants. Mall-1 and the Old Market are within walking distance as well. Many of the retail stores and restaurants offer delivery service for your groceries, and purchases can leave deliveries in the private garden. We love the place it was perfect. We were there for so long it felt like home. Mohamed was especially kind to use and by the will of Allah anytime we come back to Egypt we are hope to reside at this residence. Thank you so much

We were very impressed with the location. The owner and grounds keeper were very friendly and a pleasant to work with. We will definitely be back!
