Great villa with a lovely pool that gets the sun all day.Walking distance to the restaurants etc in Kapparis but there's also an amazing little beach bar literally at the end of the road.Villa was very clean and spacious and we're already keen to book again.

Great villa but let down by a lack of, or tired outdoor furniture. No parasols was a real problem. One of the chairs had lost part of one leg and one of the loungers had teeth missing on the rachet. Sun lounger covers were old and split. The BBQ grill was so rusty we bought a new one. The pool should have been cleaned twice a week but twice we waited six days between cleaning. Indoors the dish washer didn't work. Although the villa holds six it would have been nice to have six matching wine glasses, ditto beer glasses. Small things but easily remedied without breaking the bank.

The villa was absolutely lovely and very well equipped, spotlessly clean and in a quiet location. We enjoyed having the pool and sunbeds to use during our stay. There is a bar at the end of the road which was very convenient and a bakery just over 5 minutes walk away. There are several good restaurants within a 15 minute walking distance. A huge plus was the fact that the beautiful beach of Ayia Triada was only a 3 minute walk away and we visited it every day. The beach bar/restaurant (Paragka) was very good and served a good choice of brunch options as well as full meals and is open in the evening as well. The host was very helpful too We would love to stay at the villa again in the future.

Property was lovely, nice and clean roomy and a pleasure to stay in. There were a couple of very small issues but lee had them sorted quickly. We'll definitely book again if we visit the same area
