- Write on the walls of common areas (hallways, etc.) or inside the apartment;

- Throw trash outside of the trash cans;

- Slamming the front door;

- Bringing unregistered guests or unauthorized pets;

- Damaging the common areas of the building or the apartment.

If these rules are not followed or if damage is found, legal action and penalties will be imposed on guests after their stay.
