We recently stayed at this property and overall found the home to be nice, comfortable, great location and loved having the screened in porch. The house is nice, with comfortable beds and cold AC.That said, there were some disappointing aspects of our stay. The yard was very overgrown when we arrived and was never mowed during our 10-day stay, even though neighboring yards were maintained multiple times. It gave the property a neglected feel from the outside and just a pain as we had our dogs here.The biggest issue, however, came after checkout. We were told we would be charged 50 for two missing wristbands for the neighborhood pool—wristbands we never touched or even intended to use. At no point were we instructed to count or confirm these items upon arrival, which seems like a very important step if renters are going to be held responsible. We had four people in the home—two 80-year-olds and my husband and myself—and we never used the pool or private beach access. We would have happily checked and reported the wristbands on day one had we known this was expected.We had initially thought that we'd definitely be renting this property again, but unfortunately the handling of this wristband situation has soured our experience. It’s disappointing that a 50 charge was valued over returning guests and their families. We will never use or recommend using Love Rentals or Forever Destin property rentals.

The house was beautiful! The photos did not do the home justice. My family truly enjoyed themselves and we would definitely come back again for our next trip down!
