My boys and I really enjoyed our time spent here. The condo was exactly what it listed in the pictures and the owners were extremely friendly and helpful. It was a great trip.

Fins Up is a very nice condo in a great location. Everything about renting from Darren and Tracey was very smooth. The condo was spacious and clean. We had no issues for the week, but Darren was kind enough to check on us once to see how our week was going. Splash is a super place for families. The water park area is large and mostly under roof, so families can enjoy it even on rainy days. We didn't have the grands with us, so we didn't make the fullest use of the complex but would bring the kids back for a fun week sometime!Maybe a bit busy for a middle-aged couple looking to relax, but we wanted to try somewhere new and overall, it was a good choice!!

Immaculately clean and quiet condo with wonderful beach views! Our family had the best time returning to Splash and spending time by the beach and at the splash pad, lazy river, and water park. Darren was a great host and the condo was exactly as pictured!

I came to the VRBO website and found this room. I clicked my dates and started the reservation process. About two weeks after I booked the room I got an email from Book That Condo that we had been moved to another room room that was very similar because the owners of this room no longer utilize their company. I asked was the price and everything that was included the same and I was told yes. This was a lie!!! I would have much rather had this room than the one we were moved to. Beach chairs were not included like they were in this room. I was told that we most likely would not get in the room until after 4 pm. So we left later to accommodate this and I got a text from them at 2 that our room was ready. I was just very annoyed with the move and lack of communication
