A cozy apartment of about 75 square meters, sleeping up to 5 people, located on the 1st floor of a building without an elevator. The property is located in the center of Palermo, within the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), just a short walk from the Cathedral and the Norman Palace.

The apartment consists of a living room with a kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom, and two small balconies.

The interior layout is as follows:

- LIVING ROOM with KITCHENETTE (induction cooktop, refrigerator with freezer, pod coffee machine, kettle, electric oven, toaster, and various kitchen utensils), dining table, one-and-a-half-person sofa bed (for a single guest), flat-screen TV, and small balcony;

- BEDROOM I with a double bed, dresser, closet, and small balcony;

- BEDROOM II with a double bed and a clothes rack;

- BATHROOM with a shower stall, sink, bidet, and toilet.



ADDITIONAL AMENITIES AVAILABLE TO GUESTS: unlimited Wi-Fi, air conditioning with heat pump (split system in the living room and Bedroom I), washing machine (in the bathroom), iron and ironing board, clothesline, and hair dryer.



The entire apartment is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay, and there are no shared spaces with the host or other tenants.

. Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The period during which heating is allowed and the daily operating time depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Palermo Climate Zone B: 7 hours per day from December 8 to March 23.



For check-ins between 9:30 PM and 1:30 AM, a surcharge will apply, payable in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 15 from 9:30 PM to 11:00 PM

EUR 20 from 11:00 PM to 12:00 AM

EUR 30 from 12:00 AM to 1:30 AM

Check-in is not possible after 1:30 AM, even for an additional fee.



At check-in, you will be required to pay the tourist tax in cash, which is €2.00 per person per night.
