Service of all staff, facilities in the room for the price, Restaurant and food was excellent, Chef Chander was really good with everything he prepared. Hotel location is also good and overall neat and clean. Be careful with what room you book, Premium and Standard rooms have no windows or natural light. Curtains are just for decor
By default, all Standard and even Premium rooms are without any window. Pics shows Curtains but don't get fooled, they are only for decoration as per staff. This means majority of rooms have no sunlight, no view, they just have 4 walls on all sides. To have a window, you need to book Club room at minimum. For us as family, this matters. Can't live in a closed wall room with no natural light, or any view. We had booked Premium rooms and had to upgrade after checkin.
