The hotel is rather central in Semarang, the rooms are clean, spacious and have everything one would need for vacation as well as for work. The breakfast buffet is amazing and offers a great variety. Special request are catered to if possible. Staff is going above and beyond assisting you and are costumer orientated, helpful and friendly in each and every encounter.

The hotel was excellent in every way. The attention to detail and high standard of service from all the staff were superb. We especially liked the rooftop bar, with its view and choice of drinks, and the fact that there were different menu options in each of the restaurants.
I did not use the swimming pool, as its setting and atmosphere was not very appealing.
We tried the Chinese restaurant, but the only way to access the menu was via an App, which we think is very poor for what is promoting itself as a high end venue. All of the other food outlets had printed menus.
The location is not great, but easy enough to get taxis to all the sights.

Welcoming drink is not really generally people like it as it is traditional Jamu,
Hair dryer is not hot enough. Digital clock in bedroom was not working/ cannot be read.

I liked the sauna, and the breakfast wasn't too bad. The Chinese restaurant was good.
Sound proofing could be better.
