Location great for the Crematorium up the road as it was my father's funeral. Property itself had lots of great touches: charger for toothbrush in main bathroom, folding doors to garden, coffee machine.
Softer bed for myself, window venetian blinds renewed as difficult to operate, explanation of rubbish & recycling - as some bits different in Suffolk than mine at home (Stockton on Tees).

very well appointed. all the basic needs covered.
parking for 2 vehicles
very quite location on the edge of the golf course
not far from Oulton broards

Lovely house, clean and great location. Would definitely come and stay again.
One of the bedrooms (the room with 2 singles) was far too small to have 2 beds in. One was a put up bed but when up and with the other bed/furniture in the room there was no space at all and the door barely shut.

Spotlessly clean
Wonderful place to stay
