the property was clean, we had no issues didn't need to contact the owner at all

Very nice modern apartment, well equipped too. Hosts are friendly and helpful, so are the staff. The location is great as well, a lot of cafes and whatnot in the area, parks and the seafront are close as well. The complex itself has decent facilities, so if you need a gym/pool/coworking you can find them right there.

The only issue I had was the noise, but it was kind of a big deal. There was a construction area nearby, and, more importantly, someone was constantly repairing smth / drilling the walls *in the building itself*, so it was very annoying and distracting. If it was something short-term and you happen to check-in at a quieter time, the stay will likely be 10/10, but I wasn't that lucky.
