Could not find laundry facilities; Did not know about the lift until after hauling up luggage up several flights of stairs but after initial unpleasantness we had a bood experiience overall. Having a little coffee or tea available would have been good

Perfect location, quick correspondance, and convenient laundry facilities in the building.

A few areas could be improved: the pillows and sofa bed are very thin, and extra pillows/padding would help. Toiletries, coffee and a drying rack would be nice additions. The washer/dryer is shared, which should be clearer in the listing. The bathtub was clogged (also noted in a previous review), and there are no outlets on one side of the master bed. Overall, the location was excellent, but these details kept it from feeling like a true 10-star stay.
