Woodspring Suites Loves Park Rockford

Staff was very friendly and informative The place was very clean . Free espresso coffee in the morning.😁 I had a peaceful and restful night. Thank you

the property looked almost recently built. The staff/manager at front desk seemed rushed and annoyed about something. They need to remember when in front of customers to keep calm and discuss problems when alone. I emailed hotel 2 weeks in advance stating I was looking for longer check out time. They replied stating noon was the longest, I said great. When the day to check out came, they said they can't do that, so I rushed after a long night wedding to get out at regular check out time.

Check in and out worked out well. Room is clean and really good condition.

Honestly this was one of the nicer hotels I've stayed at in years . The rooms are sweet, everything you need to be comfortable . only thing that could be improved on is the front desk closes at 10 pm , no biggy unless you need some assistance
