Initially I had a bit of trouble as I arrived after reception closed, and used the wrong entrance. Although it was the address that was listed. Possibly listing both street entrances would help. Fortunately two very helpful staff were around and straightened everything out.
The lack of information may have been my own doing as I received an email from expedia saying the accommodation had sent me a message. However it was too much mucking around to access due to login, account, passwords etc. A direct email would be have been far better and possibly saved some confusion at check in. This did not detract from facility or the enjoyment of our stay.

Stayed here 4 nights in a standard studio Very basic rooms . Very noisy from traffic noise ,if you are a light sleeper , I wouldn't recommend staying here . Internet is very poor ,dropped in and out the whole time . Was a good location for other amenities. Food / pub etc
