Opinie

The owner of this home uses a third party to manage the property. Once you book you get sent to their app that has inaccurate property information. Trying to add one more guest to your stay will take 27 emails and if you don't add them you will receive threats of eviction amd fines before you even enter the property. Once arriving the one of the showers is completely clogged and full of nasty water, and the pool is disgusting, alge everywhere rocks in the pool old glow sticks, the spa is full of bubbles and only half full. We checked in Friday and it took till Sunday to get this fixed. After having to send message after message asking for updates. Then Sunday we found a giant roach in a bedroom and decide to just leave a day early. They did refund the last night stay but that is the least they could do. They do not allow parking on the street but be warned if you have a pickup truck you aren't fitting much more than that in the driveway and you will need to fit smaller cars in the garage. Also be warned the neighbors dog barks all night, even though you are told you must be quiet by 9pm on the weekend. Strongly do not recommend. This is the first bad review I have ever had to post. The third party company keeps blowing up my phone now that the visit is over but they couldn't be bothered to call when we were having issues. To the home owner...... find a new management company they aren't doing you any favors.
