Take a dip in the pool or relax in the shade under the pavilion. Our 1700 square foot fully furnished condos are conveniently located 1/3 mile from Historic Gruene and Rockin R Tube Rentals. Less than 2 miles to the Comal River Tube Chute, Schlitterbahn and 3 miles to downtown New Braunfels. Take in the live music, dancing, great food, shopping and antique shops during your stay. This listing includes both 3 bedroom 2 bath condos #A13 and #A14, they are side by side.



These fully furnished 3-bedroom condos are on the 2nd floor (no elevator). Each condo has 2 master suites with king size beds. The 3rd bedroom is an upstairs loft with queen bed. All bedrooms have cable, Smart TV and private en suite bathroom with deep soaking tub/shower combo. Premium linens and hotel size bathroom amenities provided. Fully equipped kitchen with both standard drip coffee maker and Keurig coffee maker, washer and dryer for convenience. 2 communal charcoal grills (charcoal not provided). Comfortable seating in the living rooms with a queen sofa sleeper cable, Smart TV and Wi-Fi. The pool is open from 9 AM - 9 PM.



Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. This condo has a maximum occupancy of 16 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. 4 vehicles allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor are of this complex is monitored by video camera. This rental includes accidental damage protection up to $1500.
