The check-in process was easy and flawless (I went to the office and picked up keys while my friend waited by the unit with all the luggage which made things easier). They’ve done a good job of providing instructions for everything in the apartment. The location couldn’t be better, its steps from the trim station and across from a lovely park where families can be seen playing almost anytime of day. The apartment is far enough up and insulated somewhat from the street noise… Which did not bother us at all. While we were there, the city was rather humid and having the air conditioning in the apartment was a blessing. It was pretty amazing that every need was met by thoughtful placement of items throughout the apartment.Three floors up lugging heavy luggage may be intimidating for some, but this 70-year-old traveler was not negatively impacted. Taking them slow and in stages proved to be no problem and I had a nice young man (resident) help me down the stairs when I checked out. Checkout was simple, instructions were provided. And catching an Uber to the airport just outside the apartment was no problem. I would definitely choose this apartment again.

The location was ideal to explore Nice. Lots a great restaurants, shops, and sights. We loved the outdoor patio and the view of the park for people watching. Public parking was relatively close by to leave our rental car (Saleya). Everything was walking distance (5-10 minutes away). Note: You will need to roll your luggage on bumpy streets from the parking garage. The apartment is up three flights of narrow stairs with no elevator. We didn’t have much luggage, so it wasn’t a problem, just something to be aware of. The apartment had everything you would need for a few nights stay. Bedrooms, showers and bathroom were clean with nice quality sheets and towels. It felt like we were staying at someone’s house because of the decorations, mature cactus plants and well worn, stained couches. This experience may not be for everyone. For our family, we are more understanding and looked past this because of the convenient location. The host was friendly and very easy to work with. Merci Gregory!
