Very clean and roomy. Great for gatherings of 10. Great air conditioning and plenty of ceiling fans.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our Memorial weekend stay at the Anna Ranch. The large and spacious 5 bedroom house was clean, very comfortable and family friendly in all respects. Most of our time at the house was spent in the large game room around the nice gaming table where our entire family was able to play all of our favorite games. The beautiful kitchen area was also utilized and allowed us to enjoy several of our family-favorite meals accommodating all nine of us very comfortably. The host was also very attentive and responded quickly and effectively to all of our questions. This secluded, but easily accessible, little hideaway treasure will be considered for all of our excursions to the McKinney, TX area.

We loved the property

Our family stayed at this home over the Christmas holidays with four couples, a newborn, and a toddler. The downstairs bedrooms were perfect for the families with children. We have several family members that request king size beds, so having 3 in the house was amazing. The kitchen and living areas were spacious and worked very well for our group.Everyone especially enjoyed the outdoor amenities—the fire pit, visiting the goats and sheep, and walking the wooded areas around the house were definite highlights. The house was immaculate and very well cared for.The only downside was the upstairs bedrooms, which were quite sparsely furnished. Two of the rooms had only beds and lacked basic items such as nightstands, dressers, lamps, or mirrors. This made it a bit challenging for the couples staying upstairs to get dressed and ready when we had events to attendOverall, the home worked well for our large group and made for a memorable Christmas.
