My Pacôme Conciergerie presents "Les Trois Moulins"! A spacious family home of over 200m² located in Les Authieux-sur-Calonne, just 5 minutes from Pont-l'Évêque and 25 minutes from the Côte Fleurie. This renovated former mill combines charm and comfort for a pleasant and relaxing stay. For lovers of beautiful, authentic Norman properties, this house is perfect for you. The charm of the old will add originality to your stay. The house can accommodate up to 10 people, with the possibility of adding two children's beds upon request (linens are extra). On the first floor, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast table, a bright dining room with a fireplace, and a spacious living room with a television and large windows to enjoy the natural light. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms with double beds, each with its own private bathroom (shower, toilet). On the second floor, a large landing leads to three bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom (bathtub, toilet), another with two single beds and a bathroom (bathtub, toilet), and finally, the master suite with a private bathroom and toilet, as well as a sofa. Outside, you can relax in the garden, with a terrace where you can have barbecues on summer evenings and listen to the sound of the gentle La Calonne river that flows through the garden. A ping-pong table and a badminton net are also available. In addition, you can park up to 4 cars on site. For your comfort, this house has many amenities, including a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a dryer. WiFi is also available throughout the house. Ideal for a stay with family or friends, "Les Trois Moulins" offers comfort, space, and tranquility close to many local attractions. Please note that this house is not suitable for people with reduced mobility as it has two floors but no bedrooms on the first floor. There is a river crossing the property; please be careful. Pets, provided they are clean and well-behaved, are welcome in this house. Babies are welcome at MyPacôme Conciergerie! For your comfort, a travel cot and a high chair are already available on site. If you need additional equipment, we offer cot and high chair rentals, delivered and set up before your arrival: - Cot with mattress, mattress protector and sheets: €12 per night - High chair: €10 per night - Baby kit (cot + high chair): €19 per night To ensure you fully enjoy your stay, our room service offers a wide range of additional services: in-room massage, private chef service, firewood kit, delivery of appetizer platters, wine testing (wine testing + appetizer platter), car cleaning, bicycle rental and much more. Furthermore, thanks to our wellness partner, treat yourself to a relaxing moment with the rental of a jacuzzi, available from €290 per weekend (subject to availability). Bathrobes and slippers can also be provided upon request, for an additional fee. Your concierge will contact you 48 hours before your arrival to arrange a time. She will give you the keys to the accommodation and will remain your main point of contact throughout your stay. Arrivals are between 4 pm and 8 pm. Before your stay, a security deposit via credit card authorization will be required (this will not affect your card limit), as well as proof of liability insurance.
