Great appliances, ample space, great location, great beds and bedding. Hot tub and pool cannot be heated at same time. We asked for hot tub heated but was not and no jets, filter etc running until Day 2. Asked host a couple times to help with finding fireplace keys. Fireplace could not be used and this was something we had looked forward to. WiFi did not work until 2nd or 3rd day and had to be rebooted. Garage was not available as mentioned in the listing, and was not notified of this until after the refund period had lapsed. Small items of note, the shower door in the queen bedroom is glass, and sounded like it was going to break whenever it was opened and closed. The outdoor lights were not all functional. Televisions were unable to be used due to no WiFi for the first few days. For the price paid, I would expect the property to be as listed with the amenities listed. This was not the case.

Wonderful host, with easy communication. Property was well appointed and a superb location. Would definitely stay again

The house is lovely and you could not ask for a better location to everything. Despite the close location you do not hear city noise. Amazing views as well from the upstairs master. The snacks and coffee were appreciated after a long day of travel. My only note is that it was disappointing we could not use the hot tub after 10 pm even if we were quiet. I know the neighbors are picky but I’ve never been told I could not access an amenity in a house after a certain time so long as we were quiet. I feel for the host though in this situation and it would not keep me from renting again. Just something to consider. Beds, linens and appliances were great. Some wear and tear noted in some spots but overall a great experience.

Everything was amazing about this trip. Loved the house and outdoor area. The view was spectacular only down side was even playing quite music inside the house at 9:30 pm I would get a Text about the music being a little loud. But don’t let that change ur mind about the place it was 10/10
