Handy getting there and checking in. Big room with good amenities.

We got an accessibility room so our shower kept flooding everywhere since it was open.

The apartment is located very close to the city center. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay and for cooking. There is air conditioning, and the check-in process is very easy and straightforward. The support team responds very quickly via WhatsApp. We had a very comfortable stay.

The laundry facilities are provided by another company in the basement. It would be nice if laundry detergent or capsules were available there, even for an extra charge, so guests wouldn’t have to buy a whole pack just for one wash. Maybe we simply didn’t find this option, but we had to go to a shop to buy detergent.

Newer, quiet on upper floor, very easy access to tram.

No onsite parking, but garage was close by.

It was easily accessible and in a nice part of the city with transport nearby. The bathroom was nice with good facilities and a very good shower.

The room that we got did not match what we paid for through booking.com. There was no iron in the room, while the kitchen facilities were ok there was no cleaning equipment, only a small sponge and two dishwasher tablets for a four night stay. The bed was very uncomfortable as the mattress was hard and the pillows too thin. There were no extra pillows for this. We were also expecting to have an extra place to sleep as we did pay extra for this, but there was only the sofa bed available and we did not get a room with a terrace which was indicated on the room description before booking. The room itself was very hot and muggy but we couldn’t keep the windows open as the traffic outside was so loud and as we were on the ground floor didn’t feel safe leaving these open while we slept.
