We enjoy the pool , Property is in Prime location near MOA ,the price is decent as well. they have available washing machine , which is nice . easy to communicate with care taker Ms Lyn

There is always room for improvement, like upgrade or have new plates , utensils already worn out , cooking pot stained and does not look clean anymore, one of the stove burner is not working . Other than that we enjoy our stay and the pool . Location near MOA .

Suite was very nice, clean, comfortable. Close to the mall and other places.

There were some issues within the unit. First the bed frame needs to be changed. You wont be able to sleep well with the the creeking with every movement. Luckily theres a sofabed in the living area so we took the mattress from the room and put it on top of that. The toilet flush was very low in water we had to use the bucket to flush. There was leaking I think behind the toilet. But bidet was working. Shower drainage was also not working well. The towels provided also wasnt clean. I think its a very good unit that needs a little bit more improvement.

Location.

Overall clean except for little roaches that crawl in the bathroom

Decorated well

Bathroom stinks and there is a black mold in the door. Dusty smell in the hallway and elevator always stinks.
