Location is great, Having everything in one place is great too. Having the whole kitchen and fridge etc is a huge plus. Bed was comfortable enough. Generally a pretty nice place!
- strange smell and I think it might be connected to the sewage pipe that might be running down through this room? Not all the time but occasionally it's quite strong. Opening the window kinda solves it.
- the flush sounds like a jet engine.

Excellent studio room fully equipped for a self-catered break in Leamington Spa. Within walking distance of Leamington Spa train station and the town.
Communication with the hosts was good, very quick responses to queries.
Would definately stay at Jephsons Lodge again.
Nothing.

I booked this place again, and it's truly perfect. It has everything what I need. I travel to Leamington a lot, and I'll come back here every time. It's very clean and easy to access. The building has been renovated and is perfect. It's not too far from the center if you like walking.

It had everything you needed - cooking and washing facilities, shower!
The bed mattress was quite basic!
