Place is great, good size, well kept, full of character and had everything we needed. We were a group of 4 men on a hiking weekend so perfect location for dipping into various parts of the Lake District. Penrith a nice town too, we ate at Four & Twenty which was a short walk away and fabulous food and service. Highly recommend Gidansu and would happily stay there again.
Living room furniture is aesthetically nice but felt a little dainty/delicate. Unfortunately the 2nd shower was out of order due to a newly identified issue on the day of our arrival, these things obviously can’t be helped but annoying none-the-less.

Very extensive assortment of cd's, DVD'S, classic book collections of all styles. Beautifull outfitted and decorated house, real style. The lounge is enormous, spacious. Lovely views back and front, and so near the city centre as well as the forest.
Safe box a bit fiddly to return keys.

Spacious & good location, kitchen was very well equipped
The doors all creaked & squeaked & they used strange smelling reed diffusers (we put them all in a cupboard - they were do unpleasant)
