La maison est magnifique très spacieuse avec une véranda immense dont la vue donne sur la piscine et un grand jardin superbement arboré. Les chambres sont de belles tailles avec une très bonne literie. À noter, 2 chambres se trouvent au niveau inférieur. Belle cuisine équipée. La piscine est grande et permet de faire de belles longueurs. Les lits bain de soleil sont très confortables. Il y a 2 salles de bains indépendantes et un cabinet de toilette avec douche dans une des chambres. Les propriétaires (Tina et Franco) sont adorables, réactifs aux moindres questions. Nous étions 4 couples de copains et avons eu la chance de partager une soirée avec eux (ils habitent juste à côté) et une partie de leur famille. Ce moment restera inoubliable pour nous car la soirée a été riche en rencontres et discussions. Merci à Nino le frère de Tina pour ses conseils. Encore merci à vous et à très bientôt en France.

el dueño vive al lado, y controla mucho, no podiamos salir por las noches al porche pues las luces exteriores las apagaba muy pronto , tiene los horarios programados y los toldos de la casa, los controla el, con una aplicacion de movil, y tiene los horarios ajustados para que se suban y bajen, no teniamos ningun mando de los toldos, , el dinero que pagas es para tener todo el control de la casa y ademas, la fianza, 350 € , la tuvimos retenida un mes,

Our stay at this beautiful countryside villa near Monopoli was truly unforgettable. The villa itself was so peaceful and beautifully maintained and is the perfect place to relax. It’s exceptionally clean, with lovely big rooms and the standouts for us - the stunning pool, the trullo toilet, outside showers and kitchen area - I cannot fully describe in words just how beautiful it all is. The thing that made our stay so special was our incredible host. From the moment we arrived, Tina welcomed us with such genuine warmth and kindness that by the end of our stay she felt more like a friend than a host. She went above and beyond to make us feel at home, even inviting us to join her for dinner one evening. She cooked the most delicious homemade pasta we have ever tasted - a meal we’ll be talking about for a long time. On another evening, she invited us to enjoy freshly made pizzas made by her lovely friend, Mariella, which was another wonderful experience. I was also delighted that some of the Italian I learned at high school came back to me, and we enjoyed many lovely conversations together. We left with wonderful memories and a real sense that we had made a new friend. These thoughtful gestures gave us a real taste of local life and hospitality, making our holiday so much more meaningful than we could have imagined. It’s rare to meet someone so generous and caring, and we feel incredibly lucky to have stayed here. If you’re looking for a peaceful escape with exceptional hospitality, we couldn’t recommend this villa more highly.
