We had a fantastic stay for our week at Casa Palencia. At every turn, we felt welcomed and well cared for by Conor who was always ready with fresh towels, water, or whatever we needed. The hotel is beautiful, set in a large renovated home that has been thoughtfully designed with colorful and elegant details. The location in Centro is just a few blocks from Plazuela Machado and many restaurants and cafes. We were there with our two small kids so the pool was a big hit and a great place to spend some hours on a hot day. Room was very comfortable, AC worked great.
