We had a nice stay, the apartment is wonderful, views amazing (even on the hinterland side where we could still see the water from the balcony anyways), close to everything. Easy access in the lifts from the parking to the apartment. All amenities were great, beds comfortable, bathrooms clean, kitchen well equipped. Contact with the actual management of Cllix was difficult - our details didn’t transfer through from hotels.com to them so we didn’t receive any confirmations for check in details, I called to confirm and they didn’t record my email correctly so still nothing. Had to call them direct again to get access to the building and codes to collect the keys. The parking was fine until someone decided to park in our allocated space, again tried to call management to get an alternate park, and yes they resolved it but it was painful and time consuming to deal with. The place otherwise is amazing and if we have spare time for the next visit we would stay again but if you don’t have a lot of time, the painful administration issues take the niceness of the property away. As we stayed on the weekend we didnt have the construction noise next door, but Monday morning it started at 6am. Which was fine, but definitely there. The apartment really was lovely.

There is a construction happening just next to this building which was not mentioned at the time of booking. The unit itself was clean however my little one was crawling and we realized a very fine black dust was on the floor perhaps from the construction. The dishwasher was very dirty and we even did not want to touch it. Over all should be 7/10 not 9/10.

Awesome location and beautifully spacious and well appointed and even with construction of a new tower next door, noise was nearly non existent Definitely coming back for future business trips

I would recommend this hotel/apartments to anyone all the staff are so nice the place is clean and it’s so cheap for what you get the rooms are clean beautiful view of the Broadwater from most rooms as I stay here a lot and get moved around. Definitely stay here if you are ever on the Gold Coast.
