There is a cancellation fee of 99.00 for all cancellations made after 24 hours from reserving. Our cancellation policy is if cancelled 31 days prior, full refund. Anything from 30 days is 50% refunded.

All guests must sign both a rental agreement and a check-in form prior to arrival. The rental agreement reflects the house rules listed in the property listing. The check-in form collects the names and ages of all guests staying at the property and requires uploading a valid ID. This is required and not optional.

For safety purposes, there is one camera located on the staircase leading to the second floor. It is not actively monitored and is intended for emergency use only.
