The house is located on two floors and includes 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, distributed as follows: On the first floor: the entrance to the house, a parking space, a very large terrace equipped with armchairs, chairs, tables, and parasols; then a large main room with a living room equipped with a flat-screen TV with access to Netflix and YouTube, a beautiful dining table, and a magnificent fully equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need to prepare your favorite recipes: 2 ovens, a large refrigerator and freezer, a toaster, a microwave, a kettle, a coffee machine, a 4-burner induction hob with extractor hood and all the necessary cooking utensils, and a dishwasher. The best feature is the veranda, providing an essential living space filled with light and a sense of well-being, making it a perfect spot for your vacation. The French doors open onto the large, well-furnished terrace with garden furniture and a dining table, allowing you to enjoy every moment of the day. On the first floor, you have a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower and bathtub, two comfortable bedrooms, including a master suite with a bathroom and bathtub, and a bedroom with two single beds. Each of these two bedrooms has a lovely furnished terrace, one with a sea view and the other with a mountain view. The house can accommodate up to 6 people. The unheated communal pool and its sun loungers invite you to relax and enjoy the constant Canarian sunshine throughout the year. This is a private property, therefore there is no reception. We will agree in advance on the time you wish to arrive. We will give you a personal welcome and take the time to offer advice about the island and places to visit. We remain available should you need anything throughout your stay. The house is located in the Golf de Caleta urbanization, right next to the golf course. The advantage of this house is its tranquility, while still being close to the beach and amenities. We recommend renting a car, as the nearest shops are difficult to reach on foot, and this will allow you to explore the many beaches of Fuerteventura and discover the island's diverse landscapes. Caleta is a lively town with numerous restaurants, bars, and shops, and many activities available nearby, such as golf, boat trips, and tennis. It is centrally located on the island and only 10 minutes from the airport. It's the perfect place to begin your exploration of Fuerteventura and its idyllic beaches!
