This stylish and inviting 4 bed/2 bath townhome is stylish yet cozy. This is the perfect home for business travelers, groups of friends and for families visiting the area with little ones. Located in the heart of Del Ray, this home is centrally located & is within walking distance to public transportation, grocery stores, restaurants and cafes. As this is a brand new listing, all of our furniture is brand new. Our kitchen is fully stocked for our guests to cook full meals inside of our home.
Only a 10–15 minute drive to the Pentagon and D.C.’s famous monuments, and just 6 minutes to Old Town Alexandria, this location blends comfort, convenience, and charm.

We had a wonderful stay here and were very happy with our experience. The home was absolutely immaculate, and Carolyn, the host, was excellent with communication throughout our stay. The location was incredibly convenient for our trip into DC for graduation events, making it easy to get around.The amenities were perfect, especially the well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms, which had everything we needed. The living room was smartly decorated with plenty of extra seating, which worked out perfectly for our family of seven. Everyone was comfortable, and the space felt both welcoming and functional. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Our stay at this charming Warwick Village home was everything we hoped it would be! The host was very responsive and provided clear check-in instructions. It was very clean and well furnished (well-stocked kitchen and upgraded appliances). The location was perfect! Our children really enjoyed the nearby park. With close access to numerous Del Ray favorite restaurants, this was an excellent home base for our long DC weekend. Thank you to Carolyn for answering any questions we had before and during our visit. My family has had a range of experiences at various VRBO properties, and this one is clearly cared for and managed closely by the owners. Thank you again, we will definitely be staying here for our next visit!!

Nice property in a quiet neighborhood with adjacent convenient parking. The beds were comfortable. The check in process, as well as communication with management was good. However, the owners do a MUCH better job of cleaning, emptying trash and checking for overall functionality before renting again. The trash was overflowing the entire stay! Also, the oven light was burned out, lights in living room were not working, hairs and bugs were on the floors, bathrooms were grimy, layers of hair and dust were on all the doors/woodwork. The place needs a DEEP CLEANING before renting again in my opinion.
