The large bathroom with a window features a walk-in shower, and a hair dryer is also provided.
The wind-protected, partially covered terrace is accessible from the living room.
Amenities include satellite TV, a stereo system, and patio furniture; you can also use the shared washer and dryer for a fee. Lockable bike storage on the property; parking space right next to the house.

A parking space marked with your apartment number is reserved for you right next to the building. You can store your bicycles safely in the lockable storage room.
