We had a wonderful trip and stay at this property. Joe communicated with us daily and was very responsive when we needed his support. I would highly recommend renting from him.

Close walk to beach. Great house and pool.

We really enjoyed our stay. The host is very communicative and responsive to all questions. This area seems to be up and coming, but the house itself is practically new and really great. It is a duplex, but we barely noticed our neighbors. It was very clean and accommodated our group well. We sat on the gorgeous beach most days and the short walk was not a problem for us. I appreciate the thoughtfulness of the host with kitchen supplies. We had a great stay and would consider renting again if we ever come back to the area.
