The house is a 100m2 villa, on one level perfect for your family stay.
It is located in a housing development on a plot of 515m2.

An 8x4m swimming pool with its submerged beach (ideal for children) secure (tarpaulin with bar), a brazier (wood available), an outdoor bed, 2 deckchairs, a wooden hammock, a cantilever parasol, 2 garden furniture, a garden table for 10 people, some games for the pool, a petanque court will be at your disposal to make your stay wonderful.
The house consists of:
- 1 living room of 42m2 with fully equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, hob with integrated hood, dishwasher) but also NESPRESSO coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender and Airfryer. A lounge area with 3-seater sofa, a TV (65 inches with TNT, prime/Netflix with traveler ID connection).
- 1 master suite (14m2 with 160 x 200 bed) equipped with a television and its private bathroom with rain sky, A large dressing room, a French window.
- 1 bedroom (11m2 with 140 x 190 bed) with small dressing room closed by glass door, equipped with a television, a French window.
- 1 bedroom (10m2 with BZ sofa) with large double shelf cupboard and 1 wardrobe, equipped with a television, a French window.
- 1 bathroom of 5m2 with storage cupboard, a washing machine at your disposal.
- 1 separate toilet
- 1 water softener is installed which allows you to drink tap water without any worries.
