Let me just say this was my 1st time using VRBO so arriving on a later flight and wanting to get checked in only to find that "another" non refundable incidental charge (house rules) needed to be paid in order to check in had me caught off guard! However I was given a number to call and currently awaiting decision as VRBO is saying they were unaware of two separate insurances (however I extended 2 days and was refunded the extention insurance) . Yhe property was very clean and located 6 min from Broadway at the Beach. Rhe owner, answers promptly and responsive to text. The unit is located on the 1st floor with easy access to the parking lot, and there's a grill/pool in the back so you just step right out of the sliding glass doors and you're there! There was no tv in the bedroom w/ the double beds, and a very small one in the room with the king and twin bed making it harder for both to watch a movie, washer has a spin problem so it will take you double the time to wash. Hopefully its not a normal occurrence but the unit above you will wake you up with the little one running around as early as 6:30-7am and the adult late night activities a few nights can be heard for about 15-20 minutes above you if you're in the room with the king bed (they are also heavy steppers as well) Within the listing "gym" for a fee can be found...the gym is NOT available to renters at this property and I made the owner aware, hopefully they will remove it as I booked the property for that reason.

Great location. Easy access to the beach and other activities. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Beautiful setting, great place to walk your dog.

We absolutely loved this place. Pool on back yard was a plus as well as being pet friendly. Quite neighborhood. Will be renting this again in September
