Location, location, location! Walk to Shands / UF Health, UF, Vet School. 5 minutes from downtown Gainesville and Depot Park. Convenient to many restaurants, groceries stores and shops. Perfect for medical visits to Gainesville. Comfortable, Convenient, and Clean.
Guests have the entire condo to themselves. The complex does not allow dogs. All service dogs must be approved by the HOA prior to your stay.
I have 24/7 on-call maintenance and am accessible for recommendations and advice.
A bus stop is conveniently located at the front of the condo complex. Guests have free parking spaces.
Important: Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

2. Quiet Hours- 9:30 pm to 8 am- (you may be asked to leave and you will not receive a refund)******

Perfect location for the hospital. Very comfortable and clean. CVS is a 10 minutes walk for any necessities.

We enjoyed our stay for several weeks. Communication with the host was top notch. The condo was very comfy. It took a little while to get used to handwashing dishes and walking to the next building to complete laundry, but all went smoothly. And the location was perfect - everything we needed was within a short walk or close drive. I highly recommend this place!

Communication from host was excellent. A few issues arose, but those were quickly handled by the host. Minor ant problem but I assume those are common in the area. Kitchen was fully stocked as well as towels, sheets, etc. On-site laundry was expensive, 4.50 for a wash/dry single load, but as a single guest it was manageable. Location was ideal for its proximity to UF, a 15-20min walk. Without a vehicle, the only groceries within a 30min walk was a CVS. Overall highly recommend, would be a much easier stay with a vehicle.
