Very clean, great location, excellent staff.

No hand rails on the steps that lead to the elevator.

wonderful location, near all the most popular sites. Loved the spacious room and the breakfast (although we didn't get one on one of the days we were there.) Very clean, quiet (tucked away even in a very busy area).

The apartment was clean, high-end and welcoming. The kitchenette had all supplies to make a meal if you wish. The staff were outstanding. The little extras were really nice (bathroom products, honey, coffee, small snack breakfast with really great freshly squeezed OJ, bottle of white wine and waters). The ladies who cleaned the room were really lovely and helpful. The washer/dryer was nice to have if you didn’t mind waiting hours for the dryer to steam dry your clothes. The bedding and bed were very comfortable and the terrace, although nice to have is filled with plants. There is also a rooftop lounge area. Nothing much to see but nice to use that option

The green flashing light/monitor above the bed was terribly annoying - blinking into your eyes all night long. Many of the plug-ins did not work. Tip: try to avoid room M01 and maybe M02 as the entrance to the property is beside a steel metal door that slams shut when everyone enters or leave, plus the door is beside the elevator and stairway where people tend to congregate.
