Mr. Ahmed made the stay memorable, he was superb, very well mannered and hospitable.

Maybe it’s just me, but the pillows were not as comfortable.

Cleanliness, friendliness of staff, excellent facilities, good choice for breakfast A particular mention to Evie’s and Esmai who welcomed us at the front desk and were very helpful and pleasant. I would have no hesitation in staying in this hotel again

The room are soo small bathroom is like a disaster) very uncomfortable to go in and use it’s too small. So definitely recommend to stay at suit only.

Breakfast was non existent, I should have taken heed of previous reviews mentioning this but chose to ignore them and give it a try. On arrival there was no buffet breakfast, due to the current war on we accepted this but the alternative was totally unacceptable. There was no menu, we were given a QR code to scan to which when we asked for the various options, most were unavailable. So the waitress then, in her limited English tried to tell us what was on for breakfast, not knowing what a Full English breakfast was, and just kept saying omelette to us and not much else. We gave in and accepted omelette and asked for coffee and OJ for our grandson. Thirty minutes later still no drinks, so my husband went to investigate and only at that point did she run off and start the coffee. It seems like she is the only one working the floor in the restaurant which is unfair on her and obviously poor service for us. Zero management of the breakfast restaurant, so we left and ended up spending AED500 instead on a breakfast outside of the hotel, as we had two family members join us from outside for breakfast which turned into an embarrassing debacle. We were really looking forward to staying here as we are often in Expo for varoius running events and stay in the hotel next to it, but after this experience will continue going to the hotel next door, which is consistent and very well managed. Such a shame.
