Great location.
Water pressure on the shower could have been a bit better.

Loved the cleanliness and room decor. Very modern. Staff very nice and helpful. Bed super comfortable. Loved the location, plenty of shopping stores and restaurants in the area.
Time of check in was a mess. Took at least 30 min to check in. Arrived to hotel at 5:45pm and hotel room was not ready. Heard staff member tell another customer they did not have a room for her even though she had a reservation.

The washer and dryer required quarters only and the front desk had no change. I had to wait over 3 hours for towels. Upon arrival none of the hand soaps and shower products were filled. I was told to unscrew them and take them downstairs to be filled. There was no housekeeping to clean up either. The outside trashes on the property next to the entrance doors were always full and over flowing
