The room was clean, quiet, and well plenty of accessible power outlets. The staff was remarkably attentive and professional. Parking was secure and hassle-free, and the hotel is conveniently located near the transit links. The express check-out feature made my departure seamless.

Location and price was excellent. An Uber away from tourist attractions. It is just inside the city away from hustle and bustle.
Staff were friendly and kind. Breakfast was excellent. It will become our go to hotel in D.C.

The hotel was acquired by Holiday Inn Express. It is under construction, rather being renovated. The bathroom was updated. The bed was comfortable. The linen left me itchy, The exterior of the property made me a little nervous. It sits on the strip where there is a lot of activity and close to a not so desirable hotel.
The management and staff were helpful and pleasant. If you are seeking a hotel with potential that is reasonably priced and the parking is $15, by all means book.
