Everything was as pictured, my kids loved the bunks and loft and game room. The creek is so soothing in the backyard and we were able to cook whatever we needed with all the supplies in the kitchen. Hot tub was a great amenity after we got done skiing at Cataloochee. The central heating wasn't working when we arrived but Kristen was extremely responsive to find a solution. It ended up not being a problem at all because she supplied heated blankets for each bed and the house had several very well-working space heaters that heated the whole house. Would definitely stay here again.
