The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, ample countertop space for meal prep and storage. There is a wet bar with a wine cooler, ice maker, and sink. This floor offers a guest bedroom with a queen size bed, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and access to the porch.
There is a half bathroom on this floor for convenience.

The second floor features the master bedroom with a king size bed, private bathroom with a soaking tub, walk-in shower, and a private balcony to rest and recharge.
