You will receive a “boarding pass” upon confirmation with guidebooks, property specific details, check in / parking instructions and more! You can share this link with anyone in your party for access to the details!
Please note that if your stay is longer than 3 weeks, you will be required to pay an additional cleaning fee. This will be sent through a money request.
The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without a refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.
No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund.
You must be 25 years of age or older to book one of our homes.
While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.
Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without a refund.
No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.
No illegal substances or activities on the premises.
A starter amenity package is provided for each reservation. These items are intended as a complimentary starter supply only and may not be replenished during the stay.
Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.
For stays longer than 21 days, we charge an additional cleaning fee. If the house is left in a state that requires additional cleaning, we will charge a fee that covers the additional expense.
Early check-in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.
Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.
If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.

Lovely home in Columbia! The house was clean and nicely furnished. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of space for a family of five. If we end up back in Columbia we will absolutely rent again.

Can’t say enough about our first AirB&B booking. This was the cutest house ever! Very clean and family friendly. Stayed here for our daughter’s graduation from army bootcamp at Fort Jackson which is less than a five mile drive away. So convenient and way better than a hotel for nine people. Very friendly and accommodating host with fast and easy communication. If we are ever in the area again we will definitely look for this host and her listings if we can’t get this one again. Thank you Wendy for a most enjoyable experience.

This property was amazing! It was even better than the pictures! It is tastefully decorated and provided everything we needed. It was so spacious and the basement was such a wonderful space for fun! We loved the outdoor spaces. Plenty of parking on street or in the property garage. The neighborhood was quiet and in a great location. We loved everything about our stay and will be returning!
