• Leave the BBQ and kitchen clean; fees apply if left uncleaned.

• Do not disconnect tech or bring gaming consoles.

• Notify us of any breakages or damage.

We ask all guests to review the NSW Short-Term Rental Code of Conduct, particularly section 2.5 regarding guest rights and responsibilities, to ensure a smooth and respectful stay for everyone.

You may be asked to pay a refundable bond of $1500.00. At our discretion.
